1. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. All rates will be confirmed upon reservation.
2. Rates are per unit per night and include breakfast. Self catering rate does not include breakfast.
3. Single rates on request.
4. A 50% deposit is required for all bookings upon confirmation of booking to secure the reservation. The remaining balance to be settled one week before arrival for bookings one week or longer. For shorter stays the balance can be settled upon arrival.
5. Payments into our bank account must be made free of bank charges.
6. We will confirm all bookings by e-mail, after receiving the deposit.
7. Bookings cancelled 30 – 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total value of the booking.
8. Bookings cancelled 14 – 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 75% of the total value of the booking.
9. Bookings cancelled 0 – 7 days prior to arrival / no-shows / premature departures will be charged 100% of the total value of the booking.
10. To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. It is expected that guests take out appropriate travel insurance to cover any circumstances that will prevent them from fulfilling their obligations.
11. Check-in time is from 3-6pm. Late arrivals must be pre-arranged.
12. Check-out time is until 10am
13. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. Children under age 13 must be supervised by an adult when using the pool and jacuzzi.
14. All public areas and guest bedrooms are NO SMOKING. Should you be found to be smoking in your room a fee ZAR2000 will be applicable.
15. Pets are not allowed.
16. Day visitors are not allowed at the premises.
17. We provide free wireless access internet. As the service is beyond our control, we can not guarantee internet access quality.
18. We provide free outside off-street parking to our guests. It is guest own risk to park at the Guest House.
19. You are required to show respect and behave in such a way that others are not disturbed or property get damaged. Parties are not allowed. No music allowed.
20. One key lost will incure ZAR100 charge for a replacement.
21. The Terms and Conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit
